Ron’s professional journey seamlessly blends banking expertise with visionary leadership. As the Head of Multicultural Banking at Berkshire Bank, he spearheaded Reevx Labs, leveraging banking as a catalyst to uplift underserved communities and support small businesses. This role exemplifies his dedication to using financial skills for meaningful social impact. Under Ron's guidance, E&BC has launched programs that set new standards in business support, focusing on the evolving landscape of entrepreneurship, environmental issues, and workforce development.

Commitment to Community

Ron's commitment to financial literacy and community support is evident through his founding of Pinching Each Penny (PEP) and founded a 501(c)3 non-profit of Seeding Ventures. His work with Seeding Ventures includes creating the Micro-SEED (Supporting Entrepreneurs for Economic Development) loan fund, an initiative that provides critical financial support to minority and LGBTQ businesses. Ron values personal learning journeys, understanding that at the heart of any successful business is the entrepreneur.
