Tailored for unemployed and underemployed young adults looking for a job in the food and hospitality industry, this 4-week, 120-hour training program includes a $15 p/hr. stipend. It combines technical training in the hospitality and food industry with essential life skills such as financial literacy, emotional intelligence, digital literacy, and career preparedeness. With additional coaching and support, participants are prepared for long-term employment. SCALE offers in-person, hybrid, and remote sessions to adapt to different learning preferences.
